1 - Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:
Cookies: Files sent by the Portal's server to the Visitors' computer, with the purpose of identifying the computer and obtaining access data, such as browsed pages or clicked links, thereby allowing the customization of the Visitors' navigation on the Portal according to their profile.
Lui Bambini: Denomination used in this document to identify the controller and owner of this Portal, Lui Bambini Roupas e Calçados Infantis, registered under No. 33.133.217/0001-29, headquartered in the city of Goiânia-GO, Av. T-9, 1988.
IP: Abbreviation for Internet Protocol. It is a set of numbers that identifies the Visitors' computer on the Internet.
Logs: Records of the Visitors' activities performed on the Portal.
Portal: Designates the electronic address http://www.luibambini.com.br and its subdomains.
Visitor: Any person who browses the Portal.
User: Visitors who are authenticated in the Portal's system.
Web beacons: Lines of programming on HTML pages intended to obtain details of user navigation, such as how long they kept the site open, which address was visited next, among others.
2 - Obtaining Data and Information
2.1 - Data and information will be obtained when Visitors interact with the various functionalities existing on the Portal, providing the information voluntarily, such as in the "Customer Service Center" section, for example.
3 - Storage of Data and Information
3.2 - All data and information collected from Visitors will be incorporated into the Portal's database, with Lui Bambini being responsible for it.
3.2 - The collected data and information will be stored in a secure environment, observing the available state of the art, and may only be accessed by qualified persons authorized by Lui Bambini.
3.3 - Considering that no security system is absolutely secure, Lui Bambini disclaims any liability for any damages and/or losses resulting from failures, viruses, or intrusions into the Portal's database, except in cases of intent or fault on its part.
3.4 - Lui Bambini collects only the information essential to the viability of its business, which is children's fashion.
4 - Use of Data and Information
4.1 - The data and information collected from Visitors may be used for the following purposes:
a) Respond to any questions and requests from Visitors;
b) Compliance with legal or judicial orders;
c) Constitute, defend, or regularly exercise rights in judicial or administrative spheres;
d) Prepare general statistics to identify the Visitors' profile and develop Lui Bambini's campaigns, without performing personal identification;
e) Ensure the security of Visitors;
f) Keep Visitor records updated for contact purposes via phone, email, SMS, direct mail, or other means of communication;
g) Inform about news, promotions, and events of Lui Bambini and its commercial partners.
4.2 - The database collected by the Lui Bambini Portal will not be shared, sold, assigned, transferred, informed, or rented to third parties.
4.3 - The acquired data may only be accessed by professionals duly authorized by Lui Bambini, respecting the necessity for which they will be subjected, the relevance to the Portal's objectives and the interests of the users, in addition to preserving the users' privacy.
4.4 - In the event that the User stops using the services offered by the Portal, Lui Bambini may, for audit and rights preservation purposes, retain the record of their data and information for a maximum period of 5 (five) years, with the option to delete them permanently at its convenience.
5 - Cookies
5.1 - The Portal may use cookies, and it is up to the Visitors to configure their Internet browser if they wish to block them. In this case, some functionalities of the Portal may be limited.
5.2. Also, the Portal may use web beacons to collect behavioral data of page visitors, where the installation of files on the visitors' equipment is not necessary.
5.3. Other technologies may be used to obtain navigation data by the user; however, they will always respect the terms of this policy and the user's choices regarding their collection and storage.
6 - General Provisions
6.1 - The provisions contained in this Privacy Policy may be updated or modified at any time, and it is the Visitors' responsibility to check it whenever they access the Portal.
6.2 - Visitors should get in touch in case of any questions regarding the provisions contained in this Privacy Policy through the "Customer Service Center" section.
6.3 - The user, when placing information in a public area of the Lui Bambini Portal, is aware that it will be available to other Visitors and Users of the site.
6.4 - Lui Bambini cannot control what Visitors and Users do with the information published on the site. Remember that any information disclosed in these areas may become public information and that, therefore, caution and common sense are important when publishing any content.
7 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 - This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted according to Brazilian legislation, in the Portuguese language, and the Court of the Judicial District of Goiânia, in the state of Goiás, is elected to settle any dispute, question, or supervening doubt, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
